Do you accepts returns or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged (broken
glass), we will happily offer a replacement. If you are not satisfied with an
item you ordered, please reach out via email: wildflourcandleco@gmail.com
If your item arrives broken:
Please email us a photo of the following within 48 hours
of delivery (wildflourcandleco@gmail.com)
1.) Detailed photos of the damaged item
2.) Photos of the box condition & packaging material
3.) The box shipping label
Stolen packages, packages delivered incorrectly, or incorrect addresses:
If the carrier fails to deliver your package or if your package is stolen,
this is not the responsibility of Wildflour Candle Co. You will need to file a
claim through the carrier for a full refund —this is completely out of our
control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If packages are returned to
Wildflour Candle Co. due to incorrect address, there will be a re-ship fee as
we do not get refunded on shipping when it's returned to sender.
How does pickup work?
Local to us & want to save on shipping? Select pickup at checkout! Local pickup is free & typically ready within 2-4 days of order placement. You will get an email detailing pickup instructions & how to schedule your pickup. Pickup is in Howell, MI.
If you cannot pick up your order within 7 days, please select a shipping option at checkout.
